Sr. BIM Architect

We are looking for a Senior BIM Architect to lead architectural modeling projects and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for complex architectural BIM modeling, coordination, and ensuring quality standards across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural BIM modeling for complex projects
- Mentor and guide junior architects and modelers
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and templates
- Coordinate with MEP and Structural teams for clash-free models
- Review and quality check deliverables before client submission
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation
- Implement BIM best practices and innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 5-8 years of experience in architectural BIM
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- Expert knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong project management skills
