1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aerconinfratech.com (the "Site"), operated by Aercon Infratech ("Aercon," "we," "us"). By browsing the Site, submitting the Contact form, or applying for a job through the Careers page, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms cover the website only. Any BIM, VDC, or other services Aercon actually delivers to a client are governed by a separate signed service agreement or statement of work between Aercon and that client, not by this page.

2. What the Site is for

The Site describes Aercon's BIM and VDC services, showcases past project work, publishes articles and resources, and lets visitors get in touch about a project or apply for an open role. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of services or employment - project engagements and job offers are only made through separate written agreements.

3. Using the Site responsibly

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to bypass our spam protection, security measures, or access controls
• Use any automated system to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site beyond normal search-engine indexing
• Upload any file containing malware, or any content you don't have the right to share
• Use the Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it for other visitors

4. Job applications and contact submissions

When you submit a job application or contact inquiry, you confirm that the information and any documents (including your resume) are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is used and stored. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or job offer.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, logos, and the project case studies we've published belong to Aercon Infratech or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, and relies on third-party infrastructure (such as Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, and Resend for email delivery) to operate. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

7. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we make no guarantee about the accuracy or completeness of the case studies, articles, or other content published on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aercon Infratech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless a different governing law is required by the laws applicable to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.
