We typically respond within 24 hours with clarifying questions and, once we understand the scope, a fixed quote or hourly estimate. Most clients are able to hand off their first task within a few days of initial contact.

Do you work on a per-project basis, or as an ongoing extension of our team?

Both. Many clients start with a single project to evaluate quality and turnaround, then move to a retainer or dedicated-team arrangement where a consistent group of our modelers works exclusively on their pipeline of projects, essentially functioning as an outsourced BIM department.

What is your typical turnaround time?

It depends on scope and Level of Development, but most clash coordination, shop drawing, and modeling tasks are delivered in 24-72 hours once we have the inputs we need. Larger projects (full building models, multi-discipline coordination) are scoped with a detailed schedule up front. Expedited delivery is available for urgent deadlines.

What software and file formats do you work with?

Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Tekla, and BIM 360/ACC are our primary tools, and we can typically match whatever authoring software your project already standardizes on. We deliver native files (.rvt, .dwg, .nwc/.nwd), IFC exports, and PDF/print sets as needed.

How do you handle confidentiality and data security?

We sign NDAs before receiving any project files and treat all client drawings, models, and correspondence as confidential by default. Files are shared through access-controlled channels, and we're happy to work within a client's own file-sharing or project-management platform if preferred.

How do you ensure model accuracy and quality?

Every deliverable goes through an internal QA/QC review against the project's BIM execution plan before it reaches you - checking geometry accuracy, clash-free coordination, naming conventions, and adherence to LOD requirements. Revisions after your own review are included as part of the engagement.

We work with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and structure our schedules to overlap with each client's working hours for calls and live coordination sessions. Day-to-day communication happens over email, and we're responsive within a business day regardless of time zone difference.

Can you work from incomplete drawings, sketches, or point cloud scans?

Yes. We regularly build models from partial 2D CAD sets, PDFs, hand sketches, or laser scan point clouds, and will flag any assumptions we make so they can be confirmed before the model is finalized.

What happens if we need revisions after delivery?

A reasonable round of revisions is included with every deliverable - we want the final model or drawing set to actually match what you need, not just what was originally scoped. Larger scope changes beyond the original brief are quoted separately, but we'll always flag that clearly before starting the extra work.
