1. Who we are

This policy covers aerconinfratech.com and the services Aercon Infratech ("Aercon," "we," "us") advertises on it - Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and related outsourced design services for architecture, engineering, and construction firms. It explains what we collect through the website, why, and what choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

a. What you submit through our forms

Contact form: your name, email, company, phone number, the service you're interested in, and whatever you write in your message.

Job applications: your name, contact details, gender, date of birth, work experience, current/expected salary, notice period, current location, education history, your resume, and any additional documents you choose to attach.

b. Cookies and similar technology

c. Basic technical information

Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information for every request, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, primarily to keep the site secure and reliable.

3. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact page
• To review and respond to job applications submitted through the Careers page
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse (including through Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-filtering check on our forms)
• To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site - only where you've allowed analytics cookies
• To meet legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information to third parties. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us run the site and our business, under terms that require them to keep it confidential and secure:

• Cloudflare - hosting, content delivery, and spam/bot protection
• Resend - delivering the email notifications our team receives when you submit a form

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets.

5. Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in our content management system, hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Because Aercon Infratech works with clients and candidates around the world, your information may be processed or stored in a country other than your own. Resumes and application documents are kept private and are only accessible to authorized Aercon staff - they are never published or made publicly viewable.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries and job applications for as long as reasonably necessary to consider them, respond to you, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to, or ask us to limit, certain uses of it
• Withdraw consent for anything we process based on your consent (like analytics cookies)

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including access-restricted storage for resumes and application documents. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for working professionals and job candidates of legal working age, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
