Quantity Takeoff Specialist

We are seeking a Quantity Takeoff Specialist to perform accurate quantity extraction from BIM models. You will support estimation and cost management activities.
Responsibilities
- Extract quantities from BIM models
- Prepare quantity schedules and reports
- Coordinate with modeling teams for accuracy
- Support cost estimation activities
- Develop QTO standards and workflows
- Review models for estimating completeness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 3-5 years of QTO experience
- Proficiency in Revit and estimation tools
- Understanding of construction costs
- Strong analytical skills
