BIM Coordinator - MEP

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to manage MEP coordination activities across multiple projects. You will ensure clash-free models and seamless integration with other disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead MEP coordination activities for multiple projects
- Perform detailed clash detection and resolution
- Manage federated models and coordination workflows
- Conduct coordination meetings with project teams
- Prepare coordination reports and dashboards
- Develop MEP coordination standards
- Train team members on coordination best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of MEP coordination experience
- Expert knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
