BIM Engineer - MEP

We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop detailed MEP models for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. You will work on diverse projects and contribute to clash-free coordinated models.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed MEP models in Revit for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems
- Develop LOD 300/400 models as per project requirements
- Perform inter-discipline coordination
- Generate fabrication drawings and schedules
- Support coordination meetings with design teams
- Maintain model accuracy and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2-4 years of MEP BIM experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Proficiency in Revit MEP
- Understanding of fabrication requirements
