We are looking for a Scan to BIM Specialist to convert point cloud data into accurate BIM models. You will work on renovation and as-built documentation projects.
Responsibilities
- Process and register point cloud data
- Convert point cloud to accurate BIM models
- Create as-built documentation
- Ensure model accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with survey teams
- Develop Scan to BIM workflows and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 3-5 years of Scan to BIM experience
- Proficiency in point cloud processing software
- Strong Revit modeling skills
- Attention to detail
