Overview
A large scale healthcare facility developed for UNICEF in Sehore, India, where Aercon Infratech played a comprehensive role from design development to on site execution. The project involved end to end BIM implementation across architectural, structural, MEP, and electrical disciplines, ensuring a fully coordinated, constructible, and information rich digital model throughout the project lifecycle. Beyond modeling, Aercon Infratech actively supported construction execution and project management, coordinating between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain design intent, schedule compliance, and quality control. The integrated BIM driven workflow enabled effective decision making, reduced site conflicts, and ensured seamless translation of design intent into built reality across the entire 300,000 square foot facility.
